Numeric Keypad:

* = Record
Enter = Start/Stop playback
( = Rewind
) = Fast Forward
0 (once) = Stop
0 (twice) = Goto Left Locator/Start
0 (thrice!) = Goto Start
1 = Goto Left Locator
2 = Goto Right Locator
Shift + 1 = Set Left Locator from song position
Shift + 2 = Set Right Locator from song position
Shift + 3 to 8 = Set Cue Point
3 to 8 = Goto Cue Point
/ = Toggle Loop/Cycle
- = Decrease Tempo
+ = Increase Tempo

Other useful keyboard shortcuts:

L = Input Left Locator
R = Input Right Locator
S = Solo Track
A = Editor Solo (eg. used when in drum or key edit)
G = Increase Horizontal Zoom
H = Decrease Horizontal Zoom
Shift + G = Increase Vertical Zoom
Shift + H = Decrease Vertical Zoom
C = Toggle Metronome
X = Toggle Sync (for MTC or SMTPE etc.)
M = Toggle Mastertrack
F = Follow Song Pointer (scrolling of arrangment)
1 - 7 (above QWERTY) = Select Quantize Value
T = Toggle Triplets
. = Toggle Dots
Q = Quantize
U = Undo Quantize
W = Note On Quantize
E = Iterative Quantize
Z = Auto Quantize
D = Record Mode (overdub/replace)
I = Punch In
O = Punch Out
V (Record Cycle Mode) = Delete Last Take
N (Record Cycle Mode) = Quantize Last Take

Return = Exit Editor/Window (with changes)
Esc = Exit Editor/Window (without changes)

CTRL + K = Repeat Selected Part
CTRL + A = Select All
CTRL + O = Open (you can then use the number keys as shortcuts on the menu box)
CTRL + S = Save (same number shortcuts as above)

Also, on the right of the trasport bar there is the Click, Master and Sync buttons. By double clicking on these it opens the relevant settings menu box.

Double clicking on the song position, tempo etc. boxes allows you manually enter values, or you can use the left and right mouse buttons to decrease or increase the values when you hover over them.
